You have heard the old adage that there are “two sides to every story,” and the same concept applies to article writing.  Putting this idea to work for you is actually quite easy.

When I am about to write an article,  I like to think about two ways to look at the keyword or phrase.  Then I pick one angle and write the article toward that angle.

For instance, if I am writing an article about how to clean makeup brushes, I think about the different ways that makeup brushes can be cleaned.  My first piece will be an article that details how to clean makeup brushes with a brush cleanser.  I have already done the research on cleaning makeup brushes, so I might as well take advantage of using it for another article for another website.

My second article, then, will detail how to clean makeup brushes without using a brush cleanser.  I can still use a lot of the content I wrote, but because I am writing the same article from a different approach, it will be easy to make a new article without a lot of extra work.

Under this topic, I can likely also get a third article, about how to clean different types of brushes, and if I really wanted to, I could probably find yet one more angle to approach and get a fourth article.

Don’t let keyword research go to waste and don’t use duplicate content as a writing strategy.  I have a few more ways to stretch content coming up, so make sure to check back in the next day or so for the next installment.
